Ski Magazine selects White Mountain Hotel as
"Best Lodging in the Valley!"

"Traditional architecture gives it a sense of place; the heated outdoor pool is fun all winter; and the dining room is one of the best in the Valley".

"Grand New, it's only 16 years old, but the White Mountain Hotel takes cues from the Grand Hotels of the region's past. It offers modern amenities and proximity to bustling North Conway"

The White Mountain Hotel and Resort has reduced their energy use by installing occupancy sensors in many areas, LED lit exit signs throughout, energy efficient lighting in their exterior areas and following an energy efficiency maintenance plan.  Water conservation, which in many cases also reduces energy use, is achieved through the implementation of a voluntary towel and linen reuse program, low-flow toilets and a watering plan that is limited to the early morning hours.  Waste reduction has also been achieved through the use of glasses and coffee mugs in guestrooms, cloth napkins with dining, double-sided printing, refurbishing or donation of old furniture and reusing old linens as cleaning rags.  The have also worked to reduce hazardous waste by lessening their use of hazardous chemicals and cleaning products.
