White Mountain Hotel Reservation Policies



General Information

• Check-in time is after 3:00 pm
• Check-out time is prior to 11:00 am
• Children under 18 stay free when accompanied by an adult
• Each additional adult in the room is $20 per night
• Cots and cribs are available for $10 per night
• All rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms and Meals tax
• A deposit equal to one night’s accommodations is required, which will be applied to the first night’s stay
• Deposits are refunded for cancellations made up to 5 days prior to arrival, with a $10 cancellation fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 5 days of arrival
• Package rates are per person, based on double occupancy, plus tax and gratuity
• Tax and gratuity will automatically be charged to your room bill on all package plans
• Higher rates apply during vacation and holiday periods
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• There is a two night (Friday-Saturday nights) requirement on weekends
• Modified American Plan is available
• No pets please, there are kennels nearby
• Tee times are required – this is a soft spike course. Dress code is enforced
• The dress code for Ledges Dining Room is Resort Casual during the dinner hour
• The hotel is entirely non-smoking
