Our friend and renowned Boston primetime anchor for NECN and prior to that WCVB-TV since its launch in 1972. Chet Curtis, will be joining us as our celebrity guest for this very special wine weekend.
Friday evening will begin with a wine and hors d' oeuvres reception featuring a delectable cheese station provided by Rondele' Cheese founder, Bobby Constantino. Bobby is an expert on cheese, so this is certainly going to be an informative tasting. Enjoy cheese and wine pairings along with some cheese history from VIP guest Mr. Constantino. Friday evening will continue in the Echo Ballroom with our favorite DJ Dan Sky from Marina Bay for your singing and dancing pleasure. Dance the night away with DJ Dan Sky!
After breakfast in Ledges dining room on Saturday morning, the morning if free to enjoy the facilities, book a massage, or check out the tax-free shopping. Saturday afternoon you will be treated to a lively cooking demonstration featuring Chet Curtis as our VIP Sous Chef along with Executive Chef, Josh Farrington, where he will be creating and sharing some of his favorite personal recipes, and sharing a bit of his own personal history.
Saturday evening is sure to be the hightlight of the weekend with a wine dinner that has been created by our Executive Chef. Each course paired with the perfect wine selection. Saturday evening will continue in the Tullamore Tavern with DJ Judy for a night of Karaoke and dancing!
Sunday our weekend will conclude with our Award-Winning Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch. The perfect way to end this wonderful weekend with our Grand Sunday Brunch featuring a chef-attended meat carving and omelet station. Soup du jour, specialty entrees, belgian waffle station, sausage, bacon, homemade hash, a glass of champagne or mimosa and so much more.
