Craig Theisen, Co-Owner of Peak Organic Beer, along with our Executive Chef Josh Farrington and his culinary team, will present this very special 5-course beer dinner being held in our newly renovated Echo Ballroom. The event is sure to be a hit with "Beer Lovers" and "Foodies" alike.
A 2-night overnight package is also available with this beer dinner event and is the perfect "Man-Cation" for a "Boys Getaway" or a Couples Retreat Package as well.
