Wedding Pricing and Information

Wedding Dinners ~
A typical wedding reception schedule is as follows: Cocktail Reception from 12:30 – 2:00 pm, Dinner in Ledges dining room from 2:00 – 4:00 pm, Cake-cutting and Reception in the Echo Ballroom from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Wedding dinners must be served in the Ledges Dining Room by 2:00 p.m. at the latest. Wedding dinners in a tent must be served by 3:00 p.m. Wedding dinners cannot be accommodated when the Ledges Dining Room is open to the public between the hours of 5:30 and 9:00 pm.

Menu and Meal Selection ~
Menu and meal selections will be planned with the assistance of our Wedding Coordinator. All Packages include your choice of up to two (2) entrees. If you wish to offer your guests a third entrée selection, there is a $3.00 per person surcharge. Our Head Chef is happy to work with you on any special menu planning and can accommodate most special meal requirements. Final food and beverage selections including hors d’oeuvres, entrée selections, wine selections, ice sculptures, etc. are due 30 days prior to the reception to ensure a smooth running event.

Bar Services ~

The White Mountain Hotel & Resort requires a “Hosted” Bar during your cocktail reception. During dinner service and the Reception in the Echo Ballroom you have several options for your bar service. The bar during dinner and the reception can either remain open, or transfer to a Cash Bar. The White Mountain Hotel & Resort are proud recipients of Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” for our extensive wine list. We are certain you will find the perfect wine to complement your menus.

Minimum and Maximum Number of Guests ~
The minimum guaranteed count required is 75 guests during the months of June through October and 50 guests November through May. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in the Ledges Dining Room and the Echo Ballroom is 120. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in a Tent is 200.

Discounted Group Room Rates ~
Discounted group room rates are available for a block of 10 or more rooms during the months of November through May (excluding holiday periods). Discounted group room rates are not available during the months of June through October. Guest accommodations during these months will be at our published tariff rates, and a room block of up to 20 rooms can be reserved.
Please check with our Wedding Coordinator for room availability, and the block may be limited based on available space at the time of booking. The White Mountain Hotel & Resort is a smoke-free facility. All guest rooms, function facilities, and public areas are non-smoking. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in any area inside the Hotel.

Payments and Guarantees ~
A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your signed contract within 14 days of the contract being issued. Your final estimated payment is due 30 days prior to the Reception. Final guaranteed choices for each individual and meal counts, for each entrée selection are due 14 days prior to Reception. All invoice balances are due on the day of the Reception.

Wedding Ceremony ~
Several options are available for your Wedding Ceremony. For a list of the local churches or a Justice of the Peace, please refer to our Local Service Guide included in this planning package. If you should decide to hold your ceremony on the Hotel’s property, your choices are the Gazebo, the side lawn of the Hotel or the Echo Ballroom. Please note if you wish to hold your Ceremony on-site, there is a $150 Ceremony Fee. All ceremony locations on property provide

electrical power for musical equipment, chair set up and break down. (Chair rental at the gazebo is an additional cost)

Set Up Fees ~

There is a $100.00 bar set up fee (per bar) in the Echo Ballroom and for all Tent Receptions

There is a $300.00 Facility Fee for all Tent Receptions
