Seafood Buffet ~
The White Mountain Hotel's signature buffet features fresh seasonal seafood prepared each weekwith a variety of select entrées. The buffet also includes the chef's soup du jour and seafood chowder, salads, poached salmon, a raw bar and a Chef attended pasta station with sautéed shrimp and scallops, made to your liking with your choice of accompaniments

   
  New Hampshire Apple Chicken
A White Mountain Hotel Classic! Grilled statler breast of chicken served with mashed Yukongold potatoes and buttered broccoli, topped with a caramel apple glaze and a wedge of Vermont cheddar cheese
   
 

Chicken Picatta
Chicken breasts sautéed with mushrooms, lemon and white wine caper sauce, served over fresh pasta

   
  Veal Oscar ~
Sautéed tender veal cutlet topped with crab Florentine, asparagus and Béarnaise sauce,and served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes
   
  Filet Mignon
A tender eight ounce Black Angus filet charbroiled to perfection, topped with Béarnaise sauce or chef's choice demi glacé and served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes

A grilled, hand cut Black Angus choice sirloin served with a Morel roasted shallot compound butter and Yukon gold mashed potatoes
   
  Roasted Vegetable Rotini
Seasonal vegetables sautéed in olive oil, Marsala wine and Romano cheese
   
 

All entrees are cooked to order and are served with a house salad, fresh baked bread, and fresh vegetables.
For those who wish to share an entrée, there will be a $5.00 plate charge. (Not available for the Seafood Buffet)
Included in the MAP plan is your choice of soup du jour or house salad, entrée, dessert and a non-alcoholic beverage.
